Founded and manage Keep It simple Surfing.

A social media account following the World Surf League on instagram and soon other platforms

Keep it Simple Surfing uses multiple forms of media content to engage viewers and surfing fans.

Using pop culture references, posting highlights from recent surfing events, and utilizing popular social media trends.

The World Surf League is a big pinpoint around this page, however, other surfing icons outside of the league are still of interest, and KISSurfing make sure to share some of those stories as well.

Keep It Simple Surfing has reached over 50,000 accounts on Instagram!

Creating social media using fast paced editing software such as:

  • Capcut

  • Splice

  • Adobe Rush

  • iMovie

These editing softwares help put up posts in minutes, right from the phone.

For posts the require less urgency, Adobe Premier Pro is used to help make a more finished product.

Bringing together a community of surfing fans by creating content that is fun to engage with .

Red Hawk Sports Network

A class / extracurricular placing students in the seats of professionals

As a student in the Red Hawk Sports Network class, I was responsible for taking on a share of creating both long and short form content to help contribute to the weekly 10-15 minute sports network show that would be uploaded on Youtube.

Two minute sports recap following the WSL tour

The goal of these projects are to create a media persona, unique to who we are as creators, and put together a version media storytelling that works best for us while following journalistic guidelines.

Each project is created with professionalism and sincerity, as if reporting for a real sports organization, sometimes acting as if we are those journalist at ESPN, NFL Network, Sports Center, (ect.).
