With Trilogy Lacrosse, I’ve gained hands-on experience across sports marketing, event operations, and participant engagement, supporting tournaments, camps, and showcases both behind the scenes and on-site.

Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern at Trilogy Lacrosse, I supported marketing and event operations across tournaments, camps, and showcases, overseeing participant data, email communications, event documentation, and on-site logistics to help keep events organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Participant Data: Managed a CRM database of 130,000+ participants, parents, coaches, and program directors, auditing registrations, waivers, attendance records, and contact information for accuracy.

  • Marketing Communications: Executed 3+ targeted email campaigns per week featuring event information, promotional content, and event media to keep participants and families informed.

  • Event Planning & Operations: Supported the logistics and execution of 20+ tournaments, camps, and showcases, coordinating equipment, schedules, merchandise, and on-site event needs.

  • Event Documentation: Developed rosters, coach assignments, evaluation forms, operational trackers, and reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to support event staff and participants.

  • Post-Event Management: Audited event data and completed CRM updates following tournaments and camps, ensuring accurate participant records and supporting personalized follow-up communications.

Field Marshal Responsibilities:

  • Field Setup & Operations: Set up fields with perimeter cones, lacrosse balls, and filled water stations.

  • Game Management: Maintained score sheets, tracked timeouts and penalties, and managed timers to keep games on schedule.

  • Communication & Coordination: Connected referees, teams, and tournament headquarters to relay information and maintain schedules.

  • Rule Knowledge & Officiating Support: Assisted referees with timing, penalties, and rule clarifications.

  • Player Safety & Field Control: Maintained safe playing conditions and de-escalated disputes between players, coaches, and officials.

  • Event Wrap-Up: Collected equipment, confirmed scores, and cleaned and reset fields for future use.

Montclair State University Department of Athletics and Recreation

As a Student Leader at Montclair State University’s Recreation Center, I’ve gained the experience of working in many sub-departments within the building, managing employees and organizing engaging events for students to enjoy and feel welcomed at.

Area Supervisor of Outdoor Adventure

As Area Supervisor for Outdoor Adventures, I oversaw all aspects of our off-campus trip program, from planning and logistics to staff training and guest experience. My responsibilities blended event operations, risk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trip Coordination: Organized and led 12–14 off-campus trips per semester, including water sports, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor activities. Collaborated with partner organizations to design safe, engaging experiences.

  • Staff Training & Management: Trained and supervised a staff of 50+ student employees. Created tailored training modules for each type of trip and managed scheduling to ensure proper coverage for all events.

  • Transportation Oversight: Managed campus vehicles used for trips, including scheduling, tracking, maintenance, fueling, and coordinating with other departments when multiple vehicles were needed.

  • Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintained all outdoor equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, tents, fire pits, sleeping bags, lawn games, etc.) and ensured readiness for each trip.

  • Communication: Sent weekly department emails, scheduled staff reminders, and maintained consistent communication to guarantee smooth event execution.

  • Guest Safety & Experience: Collected and reviewed participant health history forms, prepared trips in advance, and ensured safety protocols were in place to provide a positive and secure experience.
